Nesf Essa Alasfour library located in the business center of al Qadsia area. The three storied building is open daily 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM except during the weekend Friday and Saturday which will remain closed.
The library consists of 5 main sections section

1. Auditorium

2. Children library

3. Reading and studying hall

4. Kuwait history library

5. Private study / meeting rooms.

The library is also facilitated for handicapped people with supporting ramps and restrooms.
