Nesf Essa Alasfour library located in the business center of Al Qadsia area. The three stories building is open daily from Sunday-Thursday at 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
The library consists of 5 main sections

1. Auditorium- consists of 27 seats

2. Children library

3. Reading and studying hall

4. Kuwait history library

5. Private study / meeting rooms.

The library is also facilitated for handicapped people with supporting ramps and restrooms.
